Scary (Funny)Pranks.

Some have expressed, ummmm, shall we say colorful words so beware. Some are just plain cruel but some are pretty dang funny!

Thanks Mother Goose looks like WE are one in the SAME!!!

You truly enjoy entrancing people. Not to mention the ensuing pleasures of the flesh.

Just another Manic Monday

Welp, the hubby is gone again. The house needs a once over and I still need to finnish the twilight series so I can watch the movie! I leave on Thurs. with my sis to go visit my dad in Texas, which I am sooooo very excited about! I will only have Cali with me and she is an easy baby. Buttttt - It will be a busy week for me. Church yesterday was great! FHE and Family counsel was last night and we went over our disaster plan and 72 hr kits. REALITY HIT!!! We realized we had no clue what eachother would do in case of an emergency. We now have a spot to go to for a house fire, tornado, evacuation, etc. (including a place in our yard, our neighborhood, and outside of our neighborhood.) The kids now know when and how to get help and what to say when they call 911. We know our 72 hr kits are on the shelf in the garage where we can grab them and go. (well they will be when we get one for each member) We checked out our fire alarms and batteries are good. A friend told me to also put a family portrait in every 72 hr kit- in case you get separated you can point to the person in the pic and ask if anyone has seen him/her. I hope we can all take this stuff seriously and heed the counsel we have been given. Good luck to all!

Thankful Thursday

I was challenged to think about what I was grateful for today. And it was quite a challenge considering how my morning went. But in reflection, as I just tucked in the last child for bed I realized I have a lot to be grateful for. My 2 yr old only had one more poopy session and was fine the rest of the day. She took a 3 1/2 hr nap and so did my 5 month old which meant I got sleep! Well until my 7 yr old came home from school. And he got straight on his homework and did it right! My 16 yr old step-daughter made dinner for us while I was cleaning house. My hubby got his "night out" jammin on the guitar with some friends which makes him happy.(my night was last night)and when he's happy I'm happy. I know my Heavenly Father lives and loves me and my family. I know he answers prayers and we are continually blessed in our lives. I have new bloggin buddies that keep me smil'n with their thoughts. The more I think the more I have to be thankful for. Thanks TANJA for giving me this challenge! All is well in the Wilson home again.

Oh what a beautiful morning, NOT!!!

Above is a previous peanut butter episode. Does a 2 yr old learn from her mistakes-this will answer your question!! You know how chicken broth separates and the grease floats to the top? Well that is what landed all over me and my bed (only it was peanut butter grease) as I get woken up by my 2 yr old puking her guts out all over me at 3:30 this morning. You ask yourself why, well I'll tell you why. Last night under "daddy's watch" sorry Terry but it's true! she had taken the jar (Big) jar of peanut butter and shut her self up in the DARK-mind you, pantry. Sitting on the floor having a feast digging at with both hands. Who knows how long she was in there. Terry cleaned her up and put her back to bed (she was already tucked in for the night).
But she kept clicking her tongue and he realized she was so choked up that he had to give her some water to help get it down. Later that night she comes into our room and fell asleep next to me. I must have been tired cuz I do not allow this. And this is one reason why! she decided to empty her belly. SOOOOO Terry took the easy part and bathed her while I was left to rinse out the nasty-ness in the kitchen sink where if I didn't walk way away and take a deep breath I would've been cleaning up my own mess. Then of course WHERE is the big efficient washer and dryer set when you need it. Washing size king sheets, comforter, pillow cases and bed protector in my rinky dinky set was enough to set me over the edge. Next came my shower- that felt nice. Thanks Dear Lord for the ability to shower!! I finally settled down for a 1 1/2 hr nap on the couch before my son got up for school. (my sweet hubby took the other less comfy one in the other room) Thinking that was it I realized well, just take a nap later you will be okay. Then the diarrhea set in. OH JOY! She must have tons of grease in her poor little belly! Anyway more has happened but I will spare you! Don't you just looooove mornings like these!!!
